6th National Symposium of Radiation Research and Radiation Processing of China
22-26 Oct. 2004 (in Xi'an 西安)

The 6th national symposium of radiation research and radiation processing of China will be held on 23-25 Oct. 2004 in Xi'an(西安) organized by Society of Radiation Research and Radiation Processing of China. And the registration deadline is May 31, 2004 for foreign scientists.

The topics of original innovation, systematic results and front summarization & perspective dealing with radiation physics & chemistry, radiation biology & medicine, radiation processing & application of polymer, radiation application in agriculture，medicine & sanitation, foods, environment etc, new methods and equipments for radiation research will be welcomed and discussed in the symposium.

The symposium will comprise of plenary lecture, invited lecture, and oral and poster presentations. Format of paper or abstract can refer to that of Radiat. Phys. Chem. And it can be submitted by Email to sideyao@sinr.ac.cn with Rich-Text Format (RTF).

The registration fee for foreign scientists is US$ 120. The hotel facilities in Xi'an are the best and they offer higher standard of comfort and service and a variety of choices are offered. A historic one-day trip around Xi'an will be offered by the symposium secretariat after the symposium and the variable choices of private trip to other sightseeing places are also organized by Xian Tourism.
